How to Order
Our direct mail marketing department is here to help you at every step.
1. Design Your Product
On the product order form, select your print options and upload your file. Please use our templates to ensure your design follows USPS® guidelines.
2. Place Your Order
During checkout, choose "Mailing Services" as your shipping method and submit your order. We won't charge you until we're ready to begin printing.
3. Provide Mailing Addresses
Upload your mailing list on our contact page. Include your order number in the file name in the comments section. A representative will contact you to begin the process.
NOTE:
To avoid delays, please make sure you have a 4" x 3" white area on the back side, in the lower right hand corner and a 1" x 1" white area in the upper right hand corner. These blank spaces are required for us to ink the addresses and include our indicia.

Notice: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, mailers may temporarily experience delivery delays due to limited transportation availability. At this time, we do not recommend ordering time sensitive mailers as we cannot guarantee mail out dates and when the mailers will arrive.
- Postcards with High Gloss UV coating on the Mailing panel will require labeling (see optional services)
- Any changes to the specifications will require a revised quotation.
- All services are upon approval.
- Our liability is limited to the amount of our invoice (excluding postage).
- Actual postage figures will be determined by running the mailing list.
- Inserts to be supplied folded and sealed to fit into Envelope #10 Standard.
- Addressing only. Orders do not include barcoding or sorting.
- We also offer Inserting only service (see Optional Services).
- For multiple set orders, all sets must have the same design.
